- Failure to Provide Recommendation: You may request a refund if we fail to provide your medical marijuana recommendation within the specified timeframe of 24-48 hours.
- Non-Verification of Recommendation: You may request a refund if your medical marijuana recommendation is not verified by the therapist. In this case, please email our support team at support@certamd.com.
Conditions When Refunds Are Not Granted
- Post-Order Request: You cannot request a refund immediately after placing an order through the website. You must wait for the evaluation result. If your request is disapproved, you will automatically receive a refund.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you successfully receive your recommendation but later change your mind.
